My recent online shopping experience was a complete disaster, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I ordered glasses and paid for a $19.95 "next day delivery" fee, only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take "3 business days." This was a clear bait and switch! I felt utterly ripped off and needed to get that fee refunded, but their customer service was horrible; everything was automated, with no human intervention, just a bot for live chat and emails that went unanswered. I finally got a human by trying the "place an order" option.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, and now I’m being told my order will take three business days! This is unacceptable; I want my $19.95 shipping fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir/ma'am. I sincerely apologize for the discrepancy between the delivery promise and the actual processing time. Let me check your order details for you. Customer: Check all you want, but the site clearly stated "eligible for next day delivery." This is false advertising, and I've tried reaching out multiple times through your automated systems with no success. CS Rep: I see your concern about the shipping fee. We do apologize for the confusion regarding the delivery timeframe. I can process a full refund for the $19.95 next-day delivery charge right away. Customer: So, you're actually going to refund it? And what about the delay? I needed these glasses quickly, and now I'm stuck waiting. CS Rep: Yes, the refund for the shipping fee will be processed within 3-5 business days.
