I'm writing this to warn everyone about my awful online shopping experience. I ordered glasses that never arrived; they've been stuck at a 'Dahl processing facility' since September 14th, and nobody can find them. After getting no updates, I canceled, but now I can't get my money back. I wish there was a way to give them negative 1 stars. It feels like very deceptive business practices and I believe there is some fraudulent activity going on with this company. They take no responsibility for their mistakes and you’ll never get your money back. This forced me to contact their customer service to try and resolve it.
Customer: My order has been stuck at the Dahl facility for weeks. I canceled it, but I still haven't received my refund. Where is my money?
CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about this frustrating experience. Can you please provide me with your order number so I can investigate this for you immediately?
Customer: The order number is [Order Number]. The tracking hasn't updated, no one can find the package, and you still have my money. This feels fraudulent. I just want my refund.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration completely. I've located your canceled order and see the refund was not processed correctly. I sincerely apologize for our error. I have just initiated a full refund for you. You should see it back in your account within 5-7 business days.
