I want to share my terrible online shopping experience as a cautionary tale for others. I was lured in by a promise of speed, but all I received was a lesson in frustration. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid an extra $19.95 for "next day delivery," only to watch my order take an entire week to arrive. When I tried to get a simple refund for the shipping fee I was entitled to, I was forced into an infuriating battle with their automated systems, which is what led to the conversation below.
Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery, and my order took a week. I want a refund for the shipping. I've been stuck in your automated phone and chat loops, and this is unacceptable.
CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the shipping delay and the difficulty you had reaching us. That is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. I can absolutely process a refund for that $19.95 shipping fee.
