Next-Day Delivery Scam: My Nightmare Online Shopping Experience 😤
My online shopping experience was absolutely terrible, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning to others. I previously ordered from them without issue, which made me trust them. However, my third order was a complete nightmare. Their site clearly stated "eligible for next day delivery," so I paid the $19.95 fee. Hours later, I received an email saying my order would take "3 business days." This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. This blatant dishonesty and lack of service forced me to try and reach customer service, hoping for a resolution, and ultimately to leave this review.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, $19.95, and my order is now saying it will take 3 business days. Where is my next-day delivery? CS Rep: I apologize for the confusion, sir. The "next day delivery" eligibility refers to the processing time once production is complete, which typically takes a few days. Customer: That's not what "next day delivery" means, and it's certainly not what I paid $19.95 for. I expect a refund for that shipping fee immediately since you're not providing the service. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. I can submit a request to our billing department regarding the shipping fee, and they will review it for a potential credit. Customer: A potential credit? I paid for a service that wasn't provided. This isn't a request; it's a demand for a refund. You charged me for something you didn't deliver.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
