An Infuriating Ordeal 😠: A 2.5-Hour Warning Before You Buy Glasses Online
I’m writing this as a warning to spare others the headache I went through. My attempt to buy glasses online devolved into an infuriating technical ordeal that left me questioning the company's competence. The web site was so messed up it took me 2-1/2 hours to purchase two pairs of glasses. I was not able to type in my prescription and save it to continue my purchase, so I will have to be sent an email so I can type in the information that I already typed in on your silly web site. I am not sure I will ever attempt to order glasses from glasses USA ever again. The entire process was so very frustrating and certainly a waste of my time. I felt I had no choice but to contact customer service to see if they could even comprehend how broken their process was.
Customer: I just wasted over two hours trying to order. Your website is a disaster. It wouldn't save my prescription, and now I have to re-enter everything through an email link? This is ridiculous.
